TERMS OF SERVICE Last updated: July 12, 2026 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading or using Lexiego ("the App"), you ("You/User") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. 2. SERVICE PROVISION (AS-IS) The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to offer a reliable experience, we make no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the App. 3. IN-APP PURCHASES, SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND STANDARD APPLE TERMS (EULA) 3.1. Subscriptions (Lexiego Pro): We may offer access to premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions (e.g., Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly). Previously purchased one-time lifetime unlocks may continue to be recognized for Users who acquired them through the applicable store. 3.2. Billing & Auto-Renewal: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID/Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. 3.3. Subscription Management: Subscriptions may be managed by the User, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the User's Account Settings anytime after purchase. 3.4. Free Trial: Certain subscription plans may include an introductory free trial period (e.g., 3 days). If the User does not cancel before the trial period ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription at the displayed price, and the account is charged accordingly. Unused portions of a free trial period are forfeited upon purchasing a subscription. 3.5. Pricing: Specific tier prices may vary based on your local currency and regional store conversions. 3.6. Virtual Currencies ("Coins"): The App may allow the acquisition of virtual coins. These have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money (no cash-out), and cannot be transferred to other accounts. 3.7. Right of Withdrawal: Subject to mandatory consumer rights, the right of withdrawal is deemed to expire upon the immediate delivery of digital content. Once virtual coins or digital unlocks are credited to your account, they are non-refundable through our systems. 3.8. Local Storage of Virtual Items: Virtual items, including Power-Up coins, are stored entirely locally on your device. We do not maintain server-side accounts or cloud backups for these virtual balances. Consequently, if you delete the App, lose your device, or clear your App data, any accumulated or purchased virtual coins will be permanently lost and cannot be restored or refunded. 4. USER CONDUCT Users are expected to utilize the App for its intended educational purposes. Any attempt to modify, reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass the App's economic systems (coin and streak logic) is a violation of these terms. 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content, visual assets (including the Lexie character), algorithms, and application structures within the App are the intellectual property of Lexiego's developers. 6. EDUCATIONAL CONTENT AND OPEN-SOURCE DATA The App utilizes third-party open-source platforms to provide offline dictionaries, lemmatization lists, and translation features. The App may also periodically download updated reading articles and educational content from content delivery networks. Furthermore, all test contents offered within the App (A1-C2 level tests, fill-in-the-blank texts, evaluation modules, articles) and overall vocabulary are provided strictly on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantees or warranties regarding the absolute accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any grammatical structures, texts, or translations. Preparing for language proficiency exams or relying on these contents is entirely at the User's own risk, and verifying the accuracy of the content is solely the responsibility of the User. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, errors in test contents, texts or translations, or from the loss of locally stored data. 8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The User agrees to contact us via our support channels to resolve any dispute in good faith before resorting to official or legal proceedings. In the event that good faith resolution attempts fail, any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Execution Offices, provided that mandatory consumer protection rights are reserved. 9.
