DATA MINIMIZATION & LOCAL STORAGE We operate under a "Zero Data Collection" principle. Your progress, scores, earned "Coins," and in-app achievements are stored solely on your device using secure local storage and standard encryption methods. Your personal data (e.g., name, email) is not transmitted to our servers or stored in our databases. 3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS In order to provide offline dictionary and translation features, as well as periodically updated reading articles and educational content, the App may download data directly from content delivery networks and third-party open-source repositories via standard internet protocols. During this process, your device's IP address may be briefly visible to these third-party servers to facilitate the download. No personal data is collected or stored during these downloads. This processing is based on legitimate interest and the performance of the service (GDPR Art. 6). 4. PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS In-app purchases and Lexiego Pro subscriptions are processed directly through Apple App Store or Google Play Store standard internet protocols. We do not collect or store financial data like credit card numbers or billing addresses. Payment verification is done via anonymous receipts. 5. USER RIGHTS (GDPR / KVKK) Because your data remains on your device, accessing, deleting, or modifying it is entirely in your control. You can permanently destroy all your information instantly by deleting the App or clearing the app data from your device settings. 6. CONTACT & CHANGES This policy may be updated from time to time. Since our data practices are device-based, your continued use of the App confirms your acceptance of any standard policy changes.
